Booking Terms and Condition

The following booking conditions form the basis of your contract with Pak Tours Services  (“we”, “us” and “our”). Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. By asking us to confirm your booking, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these booking conditions and agree to them.

Booking of a Tour

a) Your contract in respect of your holiday is made with PAK TOURS SERVICES (‘the Company‘),  in Pakistan and all bookings are subject to these terms and conditions.

b) All communications by the Company in relation to your holiday will be sent to the email address / WhatsApp contact stated on the booking form.

c) Your trip amount must be paid in full at least 2 days before the departure date. If payment is not received by the due date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

d) If you book within one week of your departure date payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

e) All special requests and add-on services should be stated and noted on the booking form.

f) The Company will provide the service as set out and confirmed in writing.

Amendment to a Booked Tour

We do not encourage changes in the confirmed arrangements. But if you do need to make amendments in the arrangements already confirmed, we will do all possible to accommodate the changes, depending on the availability in various segments of the tour. However, the changes will be subject to certain minimum amendment and will incur administration charges.

Payment for a Tour

a) Online Payments via Gateway

Transacting online with a credit card at our website is disabled for an indefinite time period due to various security issues in banking system of Pakistan.

b) Payment through “Bank Transfer”

We encourage online bank transfer payments. Payments can be made through direct Bank remittances to our Bankers. Details of our Bank accounts will be provided by our Sales representatives.

c) Cash payment in office / or Cash collection from doorstep

You can also visit our office to make payments in cash or request a cash collection services from your doorstep on nominal additional charges.

Cancellation and Changes by You

We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your tour, however, we realize that there are many valid reasons why this can happen. cancellation must be notified in writing and will take effect the day it is received.

Cancellation charges:

  • PKR 3000 flat deduction as a refund processing fee.
  • 50% refund of the total amount if canceled at least 15 days before the travel date.
  • 30% refund of the total amount if canceled at least 10 days before the travel date.
  • 0% refund if canceled less than 7 days before the travel date.
  • Cancellation of Flight Tickets: Flight cancellation/modification charges according to airline policy will be charged.
  • Cancellation of Train Tickets: Train ticket cancellation/modification charges according to Pakistan Railways policy will be charged.
  • Advance hotel bookings are non-refundable by any means.

After the itinerary is confirmed, any modification and additional services will be charged other than agreed amount.

Cancellation and Changes by the Company

a) Occasionally it may be deemed necessary to make changes to your holiday and the Company reserves the right to do so at any time, and you will be notified of any changes at the earliest possible opportunity. If a major change to your tour is necessary, providing it does not arise from circumstances beyond the Company’s control, you may choose (i) to accept the change of arrangements (ii) to purchase another holiday from us or (iii) to cancel your holiday. Compensation may be payable in cases of major change as detailed below.

b) No compensation will be payable for minor changes. Minor changes include minimal changes to departure and arrival times, changes to the type of vehicle used and restaurant and accommodation changes to a comparable or superior standard.

c) Major changes include cancellation, changes to your destination/starting point, delays in departure or return by more than 12 hours and accommodation changes to an inferior standard of accommodation.

d) Compensation will not be paid for changes or cancellations caused by Acts of God (Force Majeure), war, threat of war, riot, civil strike, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or man-made disaster, fire, technical problems to transport, closure or congestion of airports, strikes or other industrial action, adverse weather conditions or any other event beyond the Company’s control. It is essential that you take out adequate travel insurance.

e) The Company reserve the right to cancel your holiday at any time before the date of departure, even after a confirmation notice has been sent. If your holiday is cancelled the Company will refund in full the money you have already paid. No compensation will be payable.

f) If you fail to pay the balance of the holiday price at least 2 days before departure, the Company will treat the booking as cancelled and levy the cancellation charges set out below

Our Responsibilities

a) The Company does not own or manage the aircraft, trains, accommodation, restaurants and other facilities used in conjunction with the tours arranged. While the Company has exercised care in selecting providers of travel, accommodation, restaurants and other facilities, the Company have not had the opportunity to inspect and do not represent that such aircraft, trains, accommodation, restaurants, and other facilities and services have been inspected.

b) The Company is not responsible if you or any member of your party suffer death, illness or injury as a result of any failure to perform or improper performance of any part of our contract with you where such failure is attributable to (i) the acts and/or omissions of any member of the party, or (ii) those of a third party not connected with the provision of your holiday, or (iii) an event which neither the Company nor the service provider could have foreseen or prevented even with due care i.e. act of nature, road accidents, landslides etc.

c) Should any member of your party suffer an illness, injury or death through misadventure arising out of an activity. The Company will offer general assistance where appropriate and can not accept any liability.

Your Responsibilities

The Users availing services from PAK TOURS SERVICES shall be considered and reckoned to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions. Liabilities of Karachi Travellers shall be restricted to the scope of this agreement.

members will be provided with an undertaking form at the start of the trip having the details of the trip along with the mentioned terms & conditions. All members will be required to physically sign that form along with thumb impression. (Mandatory).

  1. Every member must keep his/her original CNIC all the time during the trip.
  2. Our all events are family-friendly. The members shall not be indulged in any act reflecting moral or character failing during the activities.
  3. Using drugs or found party to drug sale or possession is strictly prohibited. If anyone finds or caught using any kind of drug will be expelled from the trip right away on the spot and the person will not be eligible for any kind of refund.
  4. Use of violent behaviour including altercation, insinuations of indecent kind, verbal and physical abuse and assault, aggravated behaviour, or any other act amounting to unbecoming of member are strictly prohibited.
  5. All members would give extra care for the local environmental care. Garbage (tins, water bottles, wrappers etc.) shall be suitably disposed of without polluting water sources/environment.
  6. Excessive/heavy luggage not allowed, carry only what you can use during the trip.
  7. During the trip, the itineraries may be affected by reasons beyond the control of the hosts. In such a situation, organizers will not be held responsible in any case.
  8. AC will not be operational in hilly areas. (For the safety of the vehicle, the driver’s decision will be final)
  9. Every humanly possible care will be taken for the safety of members, still, each venture can be fraught with endangers of unforeseen natural disasters like avalanches and crevasse falls or any other accidents and sometimes such disasters cannot be ruled out. In any such type of accident during the whole tour, the company, group leader and the tour organizers will not be held responsible in any form.
  10. In case of theft, loss or damage to personal belongings during the duration of the trip, organizers will not be held responsible in any case.
  11. On adventure trek of this type, weather, local politics, transport or a multitude of other factors beyond the control of organizers can result in a change of itinerary. It is, however, very unlikely that the itinerary would be substantially altered; if alterations are necessary the Leader and Guide will decide what is the best alternative, taking into consideration the best interests of the whole group.
  12. No refunds shall be made in case a member leaves the group at any stage of the trip.
  13. Only the decision of organizers will be considered as final.
  14. Organizers reserve the right to assign seats in the Coaster/Hiace.
  15. The organizers reserve the right to use group activity pictures for electronic/digital media.
  16. Smoking in the transport is strictly prohibited (any sort of DRUG is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN).
  17. The organizers reserve the right to terminate/regret any participant due to indiscipline.
  18. Food shall be decided by the management (You can order on your own at any location).
  19. Read the services NOT included portion carefully.
  20. 2-3 hrs. deviation can be experienced during travelling due to any reason.

Miscellaneous Terms and Conditions:

a) Once the hotel booking is confirmed there will be no refund towards the cost of the hotel booking as applicable.

b) Any hike in hotel rates, airfares, airport taxes/fuel will attract a surcharge to be paid prior to the departure date.

c) Service charges are non-refundable.

d) Allotment of room type is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the hotel.
