What your day-tour quotation should include

Ask for the total price for your party and the agreed pickup and drop-off locations. Your quotation should identify the vehicle, driver, fuel and toll arrangements, guide services, attraction admission, meals and optional activities. A starting price on a tour card does not confirm that every service is included. Airfare and overnight accommodation are excluded unless separately quoted and accepted.

Share your date, departure city, adult and child numbers, children’s ages and preferred places to visit. If you have a flight or train after the tour, tell us the departure time before agreeing to the itinerary. Discuss walking requirements, stairs and activity suitability for children, older travellers and anyone with mobility needs.

Can we combine several destinations in one day?

Choose a manageable route instead of adding distant stops. Request realistic transfer times, time at each attraction and a return allowance. Opening hours, weather and road conditions can affect the order of visits.

Are entrance tickets and activities included?

Check your written quotation. Museum or monument admission, boating and other optional activities may have separate charges. Do not assume the tour-card price includes them.

Can the tour start at our hotel?

Share your hotel address or pickup point when requesting a quote. Pickup outside the agreed area may change the route, timing or price.
