Umrah Visa Processing We handle the complete Saudi Ministry of Hajj eVisa application on your behalf. Required documents: passport (6+ months validity), 2 passport photos, meningitis vaccination certificate. No embassy visits required. Processing time: 3β7 working days.
3-Star Hotel β Makkah Accommodation in a clean, well-maintained 3-star hotel located 500mβ1.5km from Masjid al-Haram. Shuttle bus service to the Haram is included. All rooms include private bathroom, air conditioning, and daily housekeeping. Examples: Dar Al Hijra Makkah, Al Naseem Makkah, Elaf Bakkah Hotel.
3-Star Hotel β Madinah Accommodation 300mβ700m from Masjid an-Nabawi. Examples: Al Shohada Hotel Madinah, Dallah Taibah, Al Rawda Royal Inn. All within easy walking distance of the Prophet’s Mosque.
Airport Transfers Jeddah King Abdulaziz International Airport pick-up on arrival and drop-off on departure. Shared air-conditioned vehicle (typically 6β10 pilgrims per vehicle).

Economy Umrah PackageΒ Day-by-Day Itinerary (10-Day Sample)
Day 1 β Departure from Pakistan Fly from your departure city to Jeddah. Economy-class return tickets available with PIA, Air Arabia, and Fly Jinnah. Our representative meets you at Jeddah airport arrivals and transfers you directly to your Makkah hotel.
Day 2 β Arrive Makkah / Perform Umrah Check in to your Makkah hotel. Rest briefly, then proceed to Masjid al-Haram to perform your Umrah: enter Ihram at the Miqat, perform Tawaf (7 circuits around the Kaaba), perform Sa’i (7 circuits between Safa and Marwa), and complete your Umrah with Halq or Qasr.
Days 3β7 β Makkah: Ibadah and Tawaf Remaining days in Makkah are completely free for personal ibadah. Perform as many Nawafil Tawaf as you wish. Shuttle bus service runs to the Haram every 30 minutes from the hotel.
Day 8 β Transfer to Madinah After Fajr prayer, board the air-conditioned coach to Madinah al-Munawwara. Check in to your Madinah hotel on arrival. Visit Masjid an-Nabawi and offer Salat and Salaam upon the Prophet ο·Ί.
Days 9 β Madinah: Ziarat Tour Full-day guided Ziarat tour covering all major sites in Madinah. Your guide explains the historical significance of each location in Urdu.
Day 10 β Madinah to Jeddah / Fly Home Transfer from Madinah to Jeddah airport. Depart for Pakistan. Arrive home with the barakah of your completed Umrah.

5 Ways to Save More on Your Umrah Package
1. Book early Economy packages booked 8+ weeks in advance are typically PKR 15,000β25,000 cheaper than last-minute bookings due to better airline and hotel rates.
2. Travel in a group Groups of 4 or more travelling together qualify for a group discount. Contact us to discuss group pricing.
3. Choose quad room sharing Quad rooms (4 persons sharing) are included in the base price. Upgrading to triple or double sharing adds cost β stick with quad if budget is the priority.
4. Avoid peak season Ramadan, Dhul Hijjah, and Pakistani school holidays see the highest demand and prices. Off-peak months (Muharram, Safar, Jumada) offer the lowest rates.
5. Opt for connecting flights Direct PIA flights from Karachi and Lahore are more expensive. Connecting flights via Dubai (Air Arabia) or Sharjah are typically PKR 8,000β15,000 cheaper per person.

Can I do economy Umrah alone as a woman?
Women under 45 travelling without a mahram (male guardian) require a mahram to accompany them for Umrah. Women aged 45 and above may be able to travel with a trusted group β please contact us to confirm the current Saudi Ministry of Hajj regulations at the time of your intended travel, as policies are updated periodically.
Can I upgrade from economy to a higher tier after booking?
Yes. You can upgrade your hotel tier any time before departure, subject to availability. Contact us on WhatsApp and we will confirm the price difference for upgrading to 4-star or 5-star accommodation. Upgrades are processed within 24 hours.
What documents do I need for an economy Umrah package?
You will need: a valid Pakistani passport with at least 6 months validity remaining, 2 recent passport-size photographs (white background), meningitis ACYW vaccination certificate (required by Saudi Arabia), and your completed booking form. For married women, a marriage certificate may be required. We will send you a full checklist upon booking.
Is economy Umrah safe and comfortable?
Yes. Economy does not mean low quality β it means value for money. All hotels in our economy programme are inspected by our team, properly licensed in Saudi Arabia, and meet our minimum comfort standards. The difference from luxury packages is primarily the hotel’s distance from the Haram and room size, not safety or cleanliness.
How long does Umrah visa processing take?
Umrah eVisa processing typically takes 3β7 working days after submission of all required documents. We submit your application immediately after receiving your documents. In peak seasons (Ramadan, Dhul Hijjah), processing can occasionally take up to 10 working days. We recommend submitting documents at least 3 weeks before departure.
