Nusuk App — 10-Day Pilgrim Guide

The Nusuk app is mandatory for all pilgrims. Here is what specifically matters for 10-day travellers:

Download and register before travel: Download Nusuk (nusuk.sa) from the App Store or Google Play. Register with your passport details and visa number. Your tour operator’s Nusuk agent will have linked your hotel BRN — verify this before departure.

Umrah permit (Makkah): Book your first Tawaf time slot through Nusuk on arrival in Makkah. Available throughout the day — choose a slot that suits your energy and jet lag. For subsequent Umrahs, book new permits before each visit.

Rawdah appointment (Madinah) — CRITICAL for 10-day pilgrims: The Rawdah visit requires a Nusuk appointment. Book immediately upon checking in to your Madinah hotel on Day 7. With 4 nights in Madinah you have multiple chances to secure a slot — but earlier is always better. We recommend booking as soon as you have WiFi at your Madinah hotel, before you even unpack.

If your Rawdah slot is fully booked on Day 7: Our on-ground team monitors Nusuk for cancellations and released slots daily. WhatsApp us and we will alert you immediately when a slot becomes available.
