The Silk Route was a series of ancient trade networks that connected China and the Far East with countries in Europe and the Middle East. The Silk Route was a means to exchange goods and cultures. It also served in the development of science, technology, literature, the arts, and other fields of study. The Silk Route also helped missions by Buddhist and European monks and was instrumental in spreading Buddhism, Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, and other religions throughout the regions served by the routes.

Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival In Kashghar  From China or Islamabad:

Arrival in Kashgar Pick Up and Transfer In Hotel or arrival in Islamabad Airport  start a silk road Karakorum

Day 2:Kashgar – Tashkurgan, China

Drive to Tashkurgan, stop en-route at Karakul Lake, later drive to Tashkurgan, arrive and explore the town.

Day 3:Tashkurgan, China Khunjrab Pass Pakistan :

Drive to Passu Hunza in Paskistan via Khunjerab Pass 4693, arrive at the immigration, after the passing from the immigration process we will continue driving to Pakistan through the world highest overland pass Khunjerab (Khunzhrav) 4693m (15397 feet) above seal level. We will stop at the zero point  for a short time to take photographs and continue drive to Sost, en-route to Sost we will pass through the National Park where you can see the Ibex if you’re luck is good! Day 4:Explore Hunza Valley 

Drive to Karimbad, from passu stop at Attabad Lake and Gulmit village, arrive and transfer to the hotel, rest of the day to explore around altit Baltit Fort Over Night at Hotel

Day 5:Hunza -Chillas :

The journey today will extend to Besham on Karakorom highway along the Indus River. After arriving in Besham, check in at the downtown hotel for an overnight stay. 

Day 6:Chillas Besham Islamabad:

Today, you will be driven to Islamabad and transferred to the downtown hotel. On the way, stop at Taxila Museum, which collects many precious unearthed cultural relics, especially Buddha status and then the archeological sites of the Taxila, which tell the prosperity of Taxila by the remained city, pagodas and temples

Day 7: Islamabad City Tour:

Today’s tour culminates at one of the world’s largest mosque – Shah Faisal Mosque. It is also the national mosque of Pakistan which is in a unique appearance.Monoment of paksitan Shakarpiryan  Enjoy Local Food Over Night at Hotel.

Day 8: Islamabad: Lahore

On the way to Lahore today, you will visit the Khewra Salt Mines, the second largest salt mine in the world. You could go in the tunnels, which are illuminated with colorful bulbs to give an amazing effect. There are also caves of different models under there. Upon arrival, check in the hotel for an overnight stay. At night, you could go to the local food street to taste the traditional Punjabi food and enjoy the local culture.

Day 9: Lahore City Tour

The tour today will begin with a visit to the Badshahi Mosque, which represents the very best of Mughal architecture.Next to the mosque is the Lahore Fort, which is in a shape of rectangular. There are many buildings from a variety of periods on it, such as Maktab Khana, Dican E Khas and Diwan Am, the Palace of Mirrors (Shish Mahal) Red Tower. Following you will visit Lahore Museum, which is especially famous for the stone caved fasting Buddha apart from other artifacts. Your next stop is the Shalimar Garden. As a pleasure garden for the royal household, it follows the Mughal concept of the perfect walled garden with three terraces of straight, shaded walks, geometrically arranged ponds and marble pavilions. In the evening, you will go to the Wagha Border to watch the flag lowing ceremony at Pakistan-India Border.
