Pakistan is home to 108 peaks above 7,000 meters. as many peaks above 6,000 m.Five of the 14 highest independent peaks in the world  above 8,000 are in Pakistan (four of which lie in the surroundings of Concordia; the confluence of Baltoro Glacier and Godwin Austen Glacier).Most of the highest mountains in Pakistan are located in the Karakoram range (the highest of which is K2, globally ranked 2nd, 8611m), some high mountains are in Himalaya (the highest of which is Nanga Parbat, globally ranked 9th, 8126 m) and Hindu Kush (the highest of which is Tirich Mir, globally ranked 33rd, 7708 m).

Day 1:  Arrival in Islamabad

On Arrival at Islamabad Pick up on private car and check in Hotel after some time rest visit a Short City Tour Stay at Grand Hotel Islamabad

Day 2: Islamabad – Skardu (1 Hour Flight)

We depart early morning take a flight to Skardu and Islamabad airport on arrival check in Skardu Hotel and then Visit to Upper and Lower Kuchara Lake and Shagrila Resort and stay at Hotel.

Day 3: Skardu – Excursion to Khaplu Valley (100kms/5-6hrs)

After breakfast we leave for Khaplu valley, Crossing the River Indus and driving through a sandy land, we reach in green and fertile khaplu Valley. At khaplu, we will visit the old mosque and khaplu Fort residence. in evening and stay for night.

Day 4: Khaplu– Excursion to Shiger Valley (100kms/5-6hrs)

After breakfast drive back a short vsist to View Point  we leave for Shigar valley, a contrast of greenery as well as desert known as the Cold Desert Shigar. Crossing the River Indus and driving through a sandy land, we reach in green and fertile Shigar Valley. At Shigar, we will visit the old mosque and Shigar Fort residence. We return back to Skardu in evening and stay there for night

Day 5: Skardu – Excursion to Deo-Sai Plains (160kms/7-8hrs)

From Skardu, we move towards Deo-Sai stopping briefly at Satpara Lake. Then it is a constant climb to more than 4000 metres to reach the plateau. We shall stop at Bara Pani Bridge for tea break and try to reach Shausar Lake (depending upon weather conditions) before returning to Skardu.

Day 6: Skardu – Hunza  – (300kms/7 hrs)

After breakfast we check out and start our journey following the Indus River. We reach the KKH and visit a short tour of three mountain junction and drive to Hunza Check in hotel

 Day 7: Karimabad – Khunjerab Pass (340kms/9-10hrs)

Today we will make an excursion to the Sino-Pak border at Khunjerab, crossing the villages of Gulmit, Passu and Sost en route. Khunjerab is the highest point on KKH at 4734 meters and considered as the highest trade route in the world. In the evening we will return to Karimabad and stay there for night.

Day 8: Karimabad – Baltit & Altit forts – Gilgit (100kms/4hrs)

Ultar, Hunza Dome, Bublimating, Spantik and Diran are famous peaks surrounds us at Karimabad, while Rakaposhi at 7788m dominates the whole panorama. At Karimabad, we will visit Baltit Fort Museum and Altit Fort and in the afternoon drive to Gilgit and make brief trip to the bazaar on arrival. Night stay will be in Gilgit.

Day 9: Gilgit – Islamabad (550kms/12 hrs)

We Will take a Flight from Gilgit to Islamabad if flight on arrival check in hotel if flight cancel due to weather then we will drive to towards Islamabad by road passing through Mansehra, Abbottabad and Havelian we will reach Islamabad at our designated drop at airport
